This month on the Twin Peas Podcast we have Evelina Sterling the co-author of Budgeting for Infertility: Bringing Home Baby Without Breaking the Bank. Ms. Sterling offers some great tips on how to negotiate the cost of your fertility treatments – did you know that you could do this? I didn’t. She also talks about ways to reduce the overall cost of fertility treatments by asking the doctor which tests are really necessary. I know that I didn’t do a good job of checking to see whether or not a procedure or appointment was absolutely necessary for my treatments. I’m guessing my husband and I wasted some money!
This book is a must read if you’ve just started your infertility journey. It is also a great resource for women and couples who have already started fertility treatments. You’ll find some tips on how to save money going-forward.
