My dh is also one of the smartest guys I know, certainly smarter than me. Isn't that a nice nail to throw in the coffin of our self-worth on top of whatever failings we feel already? I agree with you on the varicoceles, that was our male factor. I know my dh would have been more interested in non-surgical treatments. He flat out would not do surgery. All I can say is – wth?
