Keep Fertility Treatments a Family Building Option in Arizona

The Arizona Alert from RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association:
The Arizona legislature will be voting on four bills in the next few days — Senate Bill 1306 and 1307, and House Bill 2651 and 2652 – which will impose new and unprecedented restrictions on donor egg treatment for infertility and impact a clinic’s ability to practice the best standards of medicine.
We need your help TODAY! If you live in Arizona please do the following today:
- If you have 2 minutes, click on the links below and send a letter to every member of the Arizona House and Senate telling them you are an Arizona resident and these bills are anti-family and hurt infertility patients.
- If you have 5 minutes, send the above letters, then forward a request to your friends and family in Arizona, urging them to do the same. Our goal is to have thousands of letters hit the Arizona House and Senate by Wednesday, February 24.
- If you have 10 minutes, call your Arizona state Senator and Representative and tell them you oppose these bills and why. Download our sample script – we have made it very easy for you. Urge your friends and family to do the same. If you do not know who your state Senator or Representative are, click on the link below for a search.
Please remember to be courteous and respectful in all your interactions with any Arizona elected official and their staff.
The time is now for Arizona residents to speak up and let their elected officials know that these bills are anti-family. No other state in the U.S. will restrict the family building options of its residents like these bills will. TAKE ACTION NOW!

Both me and my husband sent an email to all the representatives. It’s sad when people cannot choose how to build their families! Even though I’m a BIG supporter on adoption, I know it’s not right for everyone.
